What this looks like: Tabletop exercises built on federal scenario libraries and structured to HSEEP, delivered with a situation manual, facilitated discussion, and an after-action report with a named improvement plan. Scenarios include active assailant, suspicious item and bomb threat, and event-specific builds. Briefings and presentations for leadership, staff, and community groups.

How We Work
Every engagement starts with a conversation. We learn your environment, then scope the work to fit it.
Tabletop exercises are a good example of how that scales. A base exercise adapts a federal scenario to your sector and facility. A site-informed exercise builds on your actual plans and materials. A site-specific exercise is developed from independent research on your site and event profile. Same structure, three depths, priced to what you need.
The same logic applies across the pillars. We do not run a template through your building and call it a plan.
